Santiago Caruso (Quilmes, Argentina - 1982) is a symbolist and surreal artist, of an avant-garde concept but rooted in the nineteenth century' s
aesthetic. His work stands out both for the vigor of its poetry as well as for its technique.
Between 2005 and 2011, he published his art on the mythical magazine Caras y Caretas. He has also make book covers for Tartarus Press, Nightshade Books, Miskatonic River Press, and more.
He is an active member of the Beinart Surreal Art Collective participating in their exhibitions. The work of Caruso, is well represented in the galleries and museums of Buenos Aires, USA, Mexico, Slovakia and Spain.
