Chuck Tay earned a B.A. in Political Science from West Chester University in 1998. He is currently working in the field of software engineering, and spends most of his free time writing, reading, gaming, and watching his little one chase after the family Shepherd. He resides just outside of Philadelphia, PA with his wife and son.
